My wife and I wanted to let you people at Lawrence know how much we have appreciated your professional and courteous service over the 30 years we have been buying and servicing our vehicles at Lawrence. We recently purchased a 2005 Astro at Lawrence. Our thanks to Ed Kent for contacting us about the availability of the Astro and for working with us on its purchase. Thanks to Lori, who works in the service department billing, for letting sales know we were looking for another Astro. Business manager Vince Principe was very helpful in completing the loan and other paperwork for the sale. Please let the service department and mechanics know we appreciate their help in scheduling and doing the proper maintenance. My wife and I had a long business relationship with General Manager Bob Blocher. Bob sold us our first S-10 truck when he was in sales. Bob has always been friendly and courteous with us over the years; as I am sure he is with everyone he deals with.
On a personal note: When my wife first moved to Harrisburg to work she needed a new vehicle. She had a hard time as a single woman finding a vehicle because she had just started a new job and the dealers she had gone to were not very helpful. Her co-worker recommended Lawrence which was located in downtown Mechanicsburg. The sales person worked very hard to get the financing she needed for the new vehicle. Needless to say this won her over as a loyal customer.

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with everyone at Lawrence Chevrolet when purchasing my 2010 Malibu. This being my first car purchase on my own, I really didn't know what to expect. I went over some of my concerns with Bill and he was able to make the transition so easy for me. I was blown away to be able to leave with my new car the very same day. I really liked the past history of this car and I'm sure it will serve my needs very well. It was almost like a special order. "Completely Satisfied" does not begin to express how my family & I feel regarding our recent service appointment! Last Thursday (7/12/12), we had an unexpected emergency. My mother suffered a heart attack, and was in Pittsburgh. We had dropped my Traverse off the night before for our inspection. Knowing that I would need to leave as soon as possible, I called to check on the status. Unfortunately, you were swamped and had not serviced my vehicle at the time. When I explained the situation, you assured me you would do whatever it took to have it finished that day! A short time later you called and the first thing you asked was, “How is your mother?” then informed me it was ready and you could make any arrangements needed so I could pick it up that night. Mechanicsburg ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------3-29-12 I would like to express my overall satisfaction with Carl Crone and the body shop staff on the collision repair on my 2008 Corvette. They provided excellent feedback to me on the insurance procedures I what needed to do to get the best results in the repair on my Corvette. As we all know dealing with insurance estimators can cause a headache. My car was in showroom condition prior to being hit in the right side rear by another driver. When I picked up my car it looked exactly like it did prior to the collision. They kept me informed of how the repair was going and were very professional during the whole process.
When I noticed the clutch pedal was acting odd, prior to leaving, they (Carl and Service people) immediately found the minor source of the problem and I was totally impressed again on how well your employees treat your customers. It has been a pleasure dealing with your dealership for the first time and I will definitely return for service needs on my Corvette and my wife's Equinox. Again a big thanks especially to Carl and his staff and the service dept also for their assistance.
