Terrible experience Customer service was pathetic, didn't keep us in the loop, didn't return messages left on voice mail - we had to recall every time. Took entirely to long from start to finish. Called us Monday morning said the truck was done, called us back & told us we needed to pay them at that time over the phone for spark plugs. Then called to tell us it wasn't ready because the AC needed charged but the machine was out of service so it would be another day, I called Tuesday for an update to be told the repairman was expected Wednesday morning and the truck should probably be done Thursday or Friday. Truck was finished and picked up Thursday morning. We apparently left our Handycap Parking Placard in the courtesy vehicle so we called Zach & got voice mail, left a message asking if he could check between the seat and console for the tag. I called back in the afternoon between Doctor appointments and ask Zach if he found our tag, he said he has been busy but would checkfor us. It is now Monday night and we never heard back from Zach "SURPRISE" We will definitely find a different dealer for our next purchase.

I scheduled a recall repair through the Chevy app (tried unsuccessfully through the Lawerence site and online submission went ignored at least twice). Arrived to an indifferent greeting and what are we doing today question. Directed to lounge, waited just over an hour: was informed "you are all set" only to be told, yeah, we don't have the part, but it will be here in a few days. We'll call to schedule later. And, I requested an estimate for a tire pressure monitor sensor only to get a ridiculous amount of about $200 (the part was estimated at 5 times market availability). Just in case you are interested or care, these are the issues that made me decide to quit using Lawerence service as a matter of routine: inconvenient timing and distance (way too long for services compared to other options) and WAY too expensive compared to other, comparable options. Every time I arrived for one service, the staff ALWAYS found something else that just HAD to be addressed, or my vehicle would be destroyed or my family harmed. I got tired of feeling milked and taken advantage of after each visit. And no matter the visit, no coupon, offer, or veteran discount ever applied. Heck, I was in a hurry at one point, left my vehicle, and ended up with new tires I did not need (tires, albeit from another place, were still under warranty). Yes, I could have checked my records, but the pressure and timing did not work out in that case. Anyway, I used to love the place, but you kept heating the pot of water and I decide to jump before being boiled to death.

I expected a call to inform me that the oil change on my 2024 Silverado 2500 LTZ (which I bought new from Lawrence Chevrolet) was completed. Instead, the call was to inform me that my new vehicle (with less than 5,000 miles on it,) had its roof crushed in and roof lamp torn off, when Lawrence Chevrolet struck their own car wash with it. Even if repairs are made properly, my MSRP $70K+ truck is now permanently devalued. The only communication I have received on this matter was from a “service consultant” on the day I picked up my damaged vehicle on 5/8/25. I was promised documentation on the incident, the damage, repair needs, etc., but have not received it. I have received no communication from management or operations leadership. So no, I am not happy.

Service was great and fast. The only comment I have is the TV with the status of my vehicle. It's not accurate so why have it at all. I checked in at 1:45 for a 2pm appt. At 1:50 it said I was checked in at 2pm. It wasn't even 2pm yet. Throughout the appt, the status never changed, such as checked in, waiting for garage, in garage, final inspection, etc. Just saying that I am checked in doesn't tell me anything at all. I already know I'm checked in.

i was charged for an oil change when all i put on the drop envelope was inspection and emissions test. My oil was at 75% and I had checked before filling out the form, and had oil change about 6 weeks ago. The guy at the counter did take that charge off my bill so i only did pay for inspection.

Poor communication, no loaner, and no issues fixed requiring us to coordinate time a second time to come back for repairs. We had to video issues and send it to the service team to help them diagnose and then be without a vehicle again. They also drove nearly 1/2 tank of gas without resolution of any issues, not including our time with 2 vehicles driving back and forth for drop off. We are now in 3 hours of our time each for 2 people for first attempt driving back and forth to dealership, and have to do this again to try to get resolution.

Most (not all) employees at the dealership were very intelligent and were good salesmen. They knew exactly how to read the situations, read people's reactions, act like your close friend but not really care about your feelings, and get the sale completed. I really did NOT like how the dealers couldn't negotiate the new car price and just negotiate the trade-in value of my old car. I feel like I was taken advantage of. But the deal is done now. If I ever come back to this dealer, I will NOT trade-in my car and take that business elsewhere, just so I get a fair deal on my new Chevy.

r grandson's equinox i was towed thete june 6th,we were told they would check it and fix by tuesday,then we got a call they could'nt do that,now my grandson had to rent a vehicle because u had no loaner cars which u never do,he did not hav money for this. Also we purchased this vehicle from u and u suggested us to purchase a service contract from zurich,which we did.now this vehicle needed a ecm which was very dam xpensive,and we were then told the contract we purchased that YOU RECOMMENDED would not cover this,which made us very angry that u do not stand behind the contracts u sell,that u make money from.wr talked to ur finance department and was told they would make an adjustment on r bill,noone returned r call or made an adjustment,so we had to come up with $1,600.00 and a car rental bill for $ 900.we would really appreciate if u could reinburse us rental cost or a equal amount on bill,because we also purchased my vehicle there,but if you can't give us any refund,i will guantee we will not hav good reviews for u or ever purchase any other vehicle from u.that service contract cost us over $2,000 dollars and it ain't worth the psper it was wrote on, we would really appreciate it. Work was done fine and timely. When done the employee told me their finishing up washing and go out and wait for them to pull it up. I waited about 10 mins. and other after me got their cars and I didn't. So I went back in and here my remote was on the board and the person handed it to me and I asked where it is parked and he said somewhere down to the left. I finally found it way down and in second row. I was a bit upset about that run around.

Awesome job by the service department and the technician!!! I had the truck in for a oil change but I lately there's been a vibration, turned out it was the torque converter. Luckily it was still covered under warranty! I was told the repair would be completed on Monday but with the great customer service it was completed the next afternoon by surprise! I also want to say thank you for the beautiful loaner I was given, New Chevrolet Silverado!!! Thank you for everyone involved!! Very pleased!

I’m reaching out regarding the ongoing A/C problems with my vehicle, which has now been in your shop at least 4 to 5 times for the same recurring issue. Most recently, it was in again yesterday, and yet again the A/C has failed in the exact same manner as before. Despite multiple visits, it took considerable time and persistence for the condenser to be replaced. Now, less than a year later, the compressor has failed — on a vehicle that is not even two years old. I was informed that the vehicle is just outside of the mileage warranty and that nothing can be done. This is extremely frustrating, as the pattern clearly points to a systemic issue that has not been properly diagnosed or resolved. The vehicle has a documented history of repeated A/C failures, and it is unreasonable for the cost of repairs to fall on me when the issue has been persistent from the outset.

Vehicle was in for AC service - was not working properly. They did diagnostic testing and found that the AC condenser was leaking. Rick, the service man came out to tell me I needed a new AC condenser and advised that the work needed would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete and if I was ok to hang out there until the work was completed. He also advised that this was covered under warranty and would not cost me anything to have the repairs done. I appreciated the fact that he let me know and gave me the option of waiting for the work to be completed. I hung out in the lounge waiting for my vehicle repairs be completed. Rick was very helpful and I appreciate the way he treated me with respect. I am a female and sometimes encounter people who think that my being a female makes me stupid when it comes to my vehicle.

Coleton the tech was very professional and kept me in the loop through this servicing. That said and no fault of his, I feel as though we received conflicting information regarding our vehicle within 30 days of two visits. We had our Suburban in around a month ago and we were told that the vehicle would not pass inspections without new brake pads. We bring in last week for inspection, assuming new break pads and never mentioned break pads at this visit. Is this due to a difference in opinion, or was someone trying to run up a charge at the first visit on my wife? Furthermore, we asked for them to look into an issue that turns out to be a Torque Converter issue and were quoted $3,300...upon researching, this should be covered under a current recall that is out there for 'select' 2021 Suburban and someone mentioned that my wife should consider trading in. Didn't quite feel right. Finally, a recall that we were notified about regarding an Engine Propulsion issue, we were told it couldn't be fixed yet? Apparently Chevy has not passed down a remedy. When researching further, it apparently can be serious situation. Long and short, my wife left there deflated and feeling VERY uneasy about the vehicle and he overall Chevy experience. Currently exploring alternative options outside of the Chevy family...

Initially, an appointment was scheduled at 9 AM with shuttle service. Went in the day of the appointment and, at that time, was told that the shuttle driver was off that week and shuttle service was not available. I was rescheduled for the following Monday went in at 9 AM again expecting shuttle service to work. I was told the shuttle would be there in a couple minutes. I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for the shuttle to return to take me to work. While, I appreciate the shuttle service that is not viable for people on a time schedule that hold jobs. Truck had paint issues which no one saw even after detailing? Kept truck for 8 days to paint unseen? paint damage. Paint job seemed satisfactory. On spite of having truck for very little time. I waxed it. When I opened passenger door to wax. The area where the door hinges are located. This is the space at the back of front passenger fender and open front door. THE SPACE WAS COMPLETELY COVERED IN RUBBING COMPOUND. COMPLETELY!!!!! I spent two hours just to get 80% of it off. I have spinal issues and it was difficult to do. THERE SHOULD BE NO RUBBING COMPOUND THERE!! NONE. SAD. MAYBE FIRST DAY ON JOB.

I normally skip surveys but I wanted to provide some feedback regarding Joe’s recent transaction with us. While we were waiting to sign documents, Joe was noticeably inattentive. This made us feel as if we were there because he made a deal that Lawrence couldn’t back out of. The communication (possibly more individuals than just Joe) is also lacking. We made it clear prior to arrival that our credit would not be pulled. Joe attempted to get a credit application even after the finance manager agreed to accept our draft check. This also lead to us to believe this was a deal that couldn’t be backed out of and he wasn’t happy. Additionally, the truck is not equipped with the light bar that is included in the package. It was agreed that an IOU would be signed with our paperwork. While signing I had to get the finance employee to change this from none to the light bar which he stated he knew nothing about. And to put the cherry on top, Joe had me schedule a service appointment without ensuring the necessary parts had been ordered, which has now caused further delays. This may seem small and nitpicking but overall this was a very poor customer experience I have had with a dealership in quite some time. I have worked with Lawrence for many years in different ways and I would have referred without hesitation until now.

My husband and I brought our 2021 Silverado in for a transmission issue on 6/19. We also mentioned that there was an intermittent sound upon starting the unit up. This was all relayed to Rick Cornell on 6/19 and with Keegan. We decided to bring the truck to Lawerence because 1. My husband bought his first truck from there and loved the atmosphere and 2. As Ejs wife, I have worked with Mr. Gary Lawerence for roughly 9 years. At that time, he was a customer of mine when I worked for Hampden Cleaners. So with all this we wanted to bring our business rightfully back to his dealership. Big mistake. Please keep in mind, my husband is a diesel mechanic and I was a previous service advisor in the trucking industry so we have a VERY good understanding of the system. First two things I noticed on the RO is not once did they ask for updated contact information, and the customer complaint remained as transmission issues and nothing about the shuttering sound upon starting the unit. As we are the customer, we had to call in over 5 times over the time period of 6/19-7/30. Rick was our service advisor. He is very rude, speaks over the customer in an unprofessional manner, his communication is awful! Rick does not know how to advocate for his customers as an assistant manager. We have a third party warranty that the dealership is familiar with, Pro Guard. What we don’t understand is, why Rick never got Pro Guard’s rep involved when they couldn’t reach LKQ. Rick gave my husband our claim number which was then given to me. I called on behalf of Lawerence to speak with Aaron Oliver from LKQ. I was able to obtain that reps personal number to figure out what the hold up was. (As a customer, that’s not my job. However, Lawerence’s advisor does not know how to advocate for their customers.) My husband and I grew more frustrated with the lack of communication I called and wanted to speak with the general manager Tom in which I was pushed off the Carter the Service manager. The first time talking with him, we expressed our issues with Rick. Mind you, the entire time this is all going on, my husband had to drive our project truck. With that said, the transmission ended up going out in that after driving it so much. My car broke down on top of all this. So we are out a total of $500 in tow bills. We have asked countless times for a loner vehicle. Rick kept telling us there was none available. But was nice enough to remind us that two loaners came in and gone on 7/3 which is when our unit was done the first time. Our unit is on its third transmission all from 6/19-7/30. After nothing changing, Rick falling short of being a so called advisor and now following up with his customers, no loaner, being short $500, the second complaint still not notated or even looked at, I drove there to speak with the general manager in person. AGAIN, the general manager refused to speak with me, never came out to greet me, or called to follow up, pushed me off to Carter for the second time! Why does any of the managers or assistant managers there not care about the customer? Or even help the customer come to a resolution? I’ve never seen or worked with any place so unprofessional or even a care in the world! Hands down the worst experience! I would love to meet with Gary again and speak with him or even his daughter! We still have an issue with this unit and want it looked at but we refuse to deal with Rick! I, Nicole, went above and beyond for my customers as an advisor! Actually a lot of my worth ethics stem from working with wonderful people like Gary himself, Dan Sunderland, Mr. Grundon, and so many more successful business owners I know! I would advocate so much and get reps involved when I knew a customer was upset, I’d follow up whether it’s a simple phone call or email. Doesn’t matter if it’s good news or no news, it was the communication that my customers appreciated! Why is it so hard for this to happen? I did more of Rick’s job here at home than he did himself! We want to bring our truck back but we are simply worried and stressed to go down the same rabbit hole as we just did. If Gary or Ronda sees this, please reach out to me. I would love to speak with you! Trying to summarize a major issue in a Survey is hard.

When I arrived for the appointment I learned the dealership had no record of the appointment and were working on a 10 day out schedule. Brought my truck in for the 2nd time with radio issues. Had same issue about a year ago and they did some kind of update that fixed the problem. Pretty disappointed in this visit. I went for an inspection and they ended up having to to take the UV filter film off my windshield. I understand that they had to do it but they they charged me $80 for removal and windshield clean up. I took the car home and realized they didn’t actually remove any of tint glue. Drove it back again so they could finish the job. Left again and they still left a good bit of tint glue on the sides and bottom of the windshield. I’ll have to finish the job myself on the one day off I have a week.i think three stars is being generous this time.

2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ. Had a appointment scheduled for 9/11/25 @2:00pm, for a module recall that called for a software update patch. Arrived at 1:45, and dropped off my truck, disclaiming that i needed it back before the shop closed that day. Knowing that the shop closed at 6pm i called in at 4:00 and asked for an update and was told that it was in process and should be done around 5:00. By 5:00 I never recieved a call and showed up at the dealership to see what was going on at 5:30 and was told the update had not been completed and I would have to bring it back in to be completed during my next oil change. I cannot get an appointment late enough in the day to make it without leaving work early. Not only did I have to leave work early for this appointment, I wasted the whole evening waiting for my truck recall to be completed, just to be told it was never done. I understand things happen, but I wished I hadn't completely wasted my time and this was communicated better.

Some disappointment. I had to order a new antenna and fin for my 25 Traverse. I had discovered it was missing and have no idea what happened to it. The service technician said it would not be in Warranty because he could get in trouble for submitting it. He asked if I had taken the vehicle through a car wash. Kind of sad if it was not on well enough to endure a car wash. I had never been told that I should not take a vehicle through a car wash. So what if it was not in place tightly when I purchased the vehicle?? The Travers was purchased new and it certainly should have stayed on longer than 7 months. My car is always kept in a garage and not really parked for any length of time where it would be tampered with. Also, normally when I have a vehicle serviced a reminder sticker is placed in the upper left hand corner of the windshield. The old sticker was still there.

2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation is pretty long. I was even told at the desk it would be pretty quick since it was just that. At no point did anyone say anything to me until 2 hrs later when the service manager said it was done. I got no recommendations or a multi point inspection. Days one was done but who knows. I come to the dealership so that I know I’m having everything done that I should. It’s no longer beneficial for me to get serviced at the dealership when I can get it done cheaper elsewhere. I’m not the type of person to complain but this was ridiculous.

Simple and easy as it relates to scheduling, dropping off and picking up. One note though... There is one gentleman in the service department who is obnoxiously loud. He was at one end of the counter (on the phone) and I was at the furthest end trying to have a simple conversation with your employee but we could barely hear one another because of this one guy being so loud. It's like he wants everyone to hear what he has to say. I even told the person I was speaking with that we have grandchildren(3-5yrs old) that act like that and we tell them to use their inside voice.

The service manager mis-quoted the cost of the service by about 30% low. Quote was +/- $700.00, final invoice was $900.00+. No pre-installation discussion with my wife as to what kind of tire she wanted, you just put some on. The final invoice was vague. No specifics, just $ amounts. i.e. 4 tires, but no information as to what brand, other than numbers, meaningless to me. i.e. Are they all weather, mud & snow, whatever? Are they made by 8 year old Koreans? Very frustrating.

While the people are very professional, the changes in what appears too be "management Instructions"! I made my appointment then had to push it back a few weeks for various reasons. I expectedly requested a loaner car as I had numerous things to do. This was another reason I pushed my appointment back more than one week. However upon arriving at the dealership I was informed there was no loner cars available and my appointment stated I would wait for my vehicle. I checked my appointment and there it was "Waiting for Vehicle". Despite my requests and moving things I had to wait over two (2) hours. The service people were very apologetic but explained loaners are for warranty work by management direction. Part of my appointment was for warranty work. When they checked for a loaner it was a very short time later that I was informed there were no vehicles available. The serviceman said they will push to get my vehicle completed ASAP. They were very respectful about these events but as always office people make decisions that service people have to try and explain to customers. Service was great and very fast for all that they did but forgot the part that was warranty work. It only took five (5) minutes to complete it once I pointed it out.

I had my 2021 Silverado in for State inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Dealer also recommended I have the fuel injection service and an alignment - I agreed to have them done - total bill $469.00 plus change. As I left the parking lot I noticed the steering was not right - steering wheel had to be held left of center for vehicle to drive straight. The following morning I took it back - the service department confirmed the alignment ($99.00) was incorrect and corrected the error. Sadly, I had to spend another 3 hours of my time (travel to/from dealership and wait time) and drive an additional 50 miles (round trip) to get this corrected. Very frustrating, deeply disappointing!

It was a oil change and tire rotation. The dropoff was easy as was the pickup. However now, less than 24 hours later when of the tire pressure monitors has died. Could that be related to the tire rotation, I don't know and I doubt I'll ever find out but for that to happen within 24 hours of a rotation would seem suspicious. Not saying intentional, but like something isn't right and I have a 6 hour drive this afternoon.

Lawrence Chevy was helpful in working to get items covered under my extended warranty which I appreciated. They reached out here and there to provide updates, especially when it was taking up to 2 weeks for the part to arrive. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. They often go the extra mile in tough situations to help out as they can. One thing that I find very disappointing is their loaner car policy, which seems to get increasingly more complicated each time I service my vehicle here. I have chose to have my vehicle serviced at dealerships for years due to the convenience that comes with getting a loaner vehicle, even when the cost of repairs are generally more expensive than a mom and pop shop. This last time they sent me away without a loaner and I had to call and keep requesting one. They told me that they couldn’t give me one (for a very unclear reason to this day) but then with more push, I was then provided one which I am very thankful for since they had my car for 2.5 weeks. I have done business with other Chevy dealerships and never encountered such difficult as I do with Lawrence when it comes to getting a loaner vehicle. Most people cannot be without any mode of transportation for any period of time so wish they would consider making their policy a little more accommodating for their

total lack of communication. I had my truck there for a sensor warning. I picked up the truck; the sensor was still going off. The person there did not anything about the problem. I called the next day, still no one knew about the issue. the problem went away on its own. 2 weeks later I got a call from the parts department that my part was in for the sensor problem. No one knew that a part was ordered. I later was in for a recall, as I picked up the truck, I found out the machine to check the engine had broken down. Scheduled another time and asked for a ride to work. As I got there to drop off the truck, no one was available to give me a ride. I had to wait over an hour to arrange a ride. Think someone could have told me before I dropped off the truck? I found the service department to be a total pain!

I was there for 5 hours. They found a several things needing to be done for inspection. Everyone was very friendly and smiled. They answered my questions and explained so I could easily understand. The waiting area is nice and always clean. If I got tired of sitting I would walk back and talk to the gals. The guys would laugh with me and made sure I got my military discount. We had a truck towed in on the 7th of November, I called right away, and they set up an appointment for Wednesday the 12. The service Teck John called and told us they would have to order a part and it would be worked on Thursday. I called and they said they could not get to it until Friday. On Friday I called and he said that it would take more than a few hours to complete, and I took it that they were working on it and could not complete it before quitting time and would finish it on Monday. I called Monday and got told they would get to it on Tuesday, guess what called Tuesday was told they were backed up and would get to it on Wednesday. So no we were not pleased with the service, did not like getting the run around every time I called. We bought both of our vehicles they and would never have dreamed we would have been treated like this.

We set up appointment 4 days ahead of time and were guaranteed we would have first appointment at 7:30 am & they would call as soon as finished. We dropped off car and stated again that we were guaranteed the first appointment. We stressed that we had plans afternoon and evening and needed the car. I called at 11:30 am and left message since no call. I called at 12:30 pm and was told recall work takes a long time, but it would be done soon and they would call. After no calls, we decided to just go in at 2 pm . You could see car had just been washed. We unhappily had to cancel our plans and the people involved were not happy with our last minute cancellation. So our customer satisfaction is a #1.

I recently purchased a used 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Lawrence Chevy. I also traded in a Chevy Colorado. Once I had the new Silverado back home, I was inspecting the storage compartment under the back seat. I found one of the seat belt anchors was attached to nothing, the bolt, angle bracket and seat belt anchor were all present but not affixed to anything. The dealer said they performed a 172-point pre-sale inspection on the Silverado. The seat belts are included in the inspection. I have a copy of the inspection paperwork, both front and rear seat belts are checked that they were inspected. I did make an appointment with the dealer to get this problem rectified. For a job that required maybe 5 minutes of actual work, I waited an hour and a half. I arrived at the dealer at the scheduled time, I was not informed of any delay in my service, I waited in the service lobby for the job to be finished. Now I have to second guess if any of the other 172 points of the pre-sale inspection were actually performed or just pencil whipped to get the vehicle out the door. Second issue. With the Colorado I traded in. I had a two-way radio installed in the truck. I removed the radio components but wanted my power cable returned to me. The power cable was connected through the fire-wall directly to a battery terminal, since it draws a lot of current when transmitting. The power cable consisted of a unique power plug and fusible links plus about 8 feet of cable. What I received in return after much confusion from the salesman and service department was just about 6 inches of the power cable with the power connector. If I wanted that kind of service, I could have cut the power cable myself. I had discussed the removal of the power cable with the salesman and the finance administrator during the sale process. They both assured me it would be taken care of in a reasonable fashion. Now I have to go back to the radio manufacturer and purchase a whole new power cable assembly since what I received in return is basically a piece of garbage and unusable. I thought I was dealing with a professional service department. Missing something as basic and safety related as a seat belt anchor, then giving me a piece of wire that resembled my power cable, in my book that I see that as poor performance and workmanship. Overall, if I could have given them a Zero Star Rating, I would have done so. There are several other Chevy dealers in the area that I have dealt with in the past and never experienced this kind of low-level workmanship, I will most likely be doing business and vehicle maintenance with one of those dealers in the future.

I was here for oil change tire rotation. They did a software update on side detection. It seemed like it took a long time. Is 2 hours 15 minutes average for service? Others in waiting room seemed upset that it was taking a long time. Suggestion: when somebody calls for a service call like an oil change tire rotation and they want to wait for the vehicle. It might be nice if you say to them figure an average of an hour and a half to two hours so that they have a good idea of how long they’re going to be there. I know one lady in the waiting room needed to get her car to go to work and she was getting a little on edge because it was taking a long time. Other than that, everybody was professional. I always prefer to bring my car to the dealership that I purchased at so that I know I’m getting good service. Thank you

We had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing our car this weekend. Adam, our salesman, truly went above and beyond in every possible way. Because we have two small children and getting out is challenging, Adam actually drove the car to our home so we could see it, which meant so much to us. After we purchased the vehicle, he even came back to pick up my car so it could be serviced and then returned it to us—service you just don’t see anymore. Adam helped us get a great deal and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Derek in finance was also fantastic. We decided not to move forward with a package, and he had no issue canceling it for us—no pressure and no hassle at all. To top it all off, they even drove our paperwork two hours away so we didn’t have to. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Honestly, we would go back tomorrow to buy another car.

Honestly the issue that I have is that on a holiday when you are closing early you accept appointments until a certain time. My car was dropped at 10am and was completed at 4:30 giving me 30 minutes to get my car in the event that they actually called the correct number but instead my car got to stay overnight. Being as though you were closed on New Year’s Day, I lost another day of access to my vehicle. This has cost me $100 in Lyfts to get to and from work as well as the $168 for the service. They did take something off but honestly it wasn’t enough to rectify the issue at hand.

I scheduled my fleet vehicle for key fob battery replacement service a few weeks before my scheduled appointment on 12/30 at 9:00. The dealership even called to confirm my information that same day. I arrived for my 9:00 appt at 8:45, checked in, and told the service advisor I was going for breakfast, and he indicated he would call me when the vehicle was done. I did not hear back from them at 11:50, so I called and was told they changed my scheduled appt to drop-off, and they did not know when it would be looked at. I told them this was not acceptable since I had a scheduled appointment and they had no reason to change the appt. I told them I needed the vehicle by 2:00. They indicated they would call when it was done by 2:00. They did not call, so I called them and was informed the vehicle was done. I picked up the vehicle, and they could not find my keys and had the paperwork incorrect, trying to charge me instead of charging the fleet company. This has occurred before, which is why I try not to use this dealership for fleet service and why I just purchased a 2025 new vehicle from a different dealership in December of 2025. If this has happened to me, I am sure it is happening to others. I was going to give the dealership one star, but the scheduling worked fine. The actual service was one star (poor).

Salesman Alex Petroff was very good explaining and helping with my Silverado purchase and following up. I ordered a bug shield and window vents which were installed January 8th. Looks great but have an ongoing problem with properly securing the bug shield! Returned the 12th and 13th, and planning again to come in Friday the 16th as it’s still not properly secured!! I explained to John Whithjack service advisor I think it’s a mounting hardware issue after visit on 13th, He has been very good assisting with this. Hopefully it can be resolved. All personnel I have met have been very helpful and courteous and friendly!!!

The overall experience was very good. The front desk employee at check-in was efficient, courteous, and professional. However, while the check-out employee was also efficient, his manner was noticeably loud. I would suggest offering complimentary coffee in the waiting area for customers who choose to wait while their vehicles are being serviced. Additionally, removing the tires displayed on the back wall of the reception garage would improve the overall impression, as their presence gives the appearance that the facility is primarily a tire service area.
